Two BXT-V-400 vacuum storage tanks were delivered last evening by the courier to a pharmaceutical company in Beijing. They will be used to store liquid after the preparation is ready in the preparation mixer.

These vacuum storage tanks are single jacketed vessel with PU form insulation. The contact parts of our vacuum storage tank are made of SS316L and non-contact parts are made of SS304.

The storage tank can resist -0.097Mpa vacuum pressure under normal temperature. But we don’t provide vacuum pumps with these vacuum tanks. Customer has their own vacuum power station in the factory.

These are several openings in the cover of the vacuum storage tanks including liquid inlet, vacuum port, breather/vacuum breaker, CIP spray ball, SIP port, spares etc. There’s a bottom butterfly valve for discharging the liquid to filling machines.
